From the time we were sitting in the car moving down to Cat Hai (Hai Phong) – where Vinadic engineers and workers were diligently carrying out their mission day and night, the rain began to fall more and more heavily. more grain… Sitting in the car, I felt like I was immersed in a certain sky – where I could imagine the scene of the construction site workers struggling to beat the rain and block the wind to ensure the progress of the project. People may be tired, and sweat may fall a lot, but the quality of each item that Vinadic constructs never leaves any small detail wrong.

Vinadic is working day and night to complete the Vinfast project on schedule
The more we walked, the more clearly we felt the salty taste of the sea, the salt seemed to seep into every scene and plant here. But the more we went, the more clearly we felt the hardship of the brothers who stuck to the sea at the Vinfast project.
After about 2 hours of traveling from Hanoi, we saw the welcome gate of the Vinfast project, but to enter the Vinadic construction area, it took us nearly 10 more minutes. The dirt roads are uneven because heavy vehicles move every day, and muddy because of the pouring rains that seem to be blocking our progress.

As soon as I set foot on the construction site ground, the mud, rain, and wind made me feel quite discouraged. A thought pierced through: “That’s a wasted day without any work!”. But the more we explored, the more excited we became. The bright smiles, friendliness of everyone, and very funny jokes made our souls excited. Even though we had to use umbrellas and brave the rain to cross muddy roads, we were determined to capture those beautiful moments!

Sticking to the sea and the construction site, Vinadic engineers and workers at the Vinfast construction site encountered many difficulties: accommodation and sleeping were quite far away, travel was difficult, and all living expenses were expensive. Especially when it comes to family, everyone’s face looks sad and sad when they have to leave home and children for the sake of food and clothing. Many times, when my children are sick and my wife is sick, I have to restrain myself and ask my parents and relatives to take care of me, but I cannot return home because of my sense of responsibility and my constant efforts to complete the project on schedule.

Even though it’s hard, smiles and happiness are never absent from everyone’s faces. Suddenly, a beautiful scene appeared in my eyes, where there were construction “machines” towering in the sky, tough workers, darkened by the sun and wind, part of the Vinfast project and the sea. That scene normally probably cannot be that beautiful, it is only beautiful when it is filled with passion, enthusiasm, and a heart full of love.
