Vietnam Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company will complete the items of the Vinfast project in September 2018, exactly as expected.
Located at Km 3 on the longest sea crossing road in Vietnam, connecting Lach Chiec Port & Dinh Vu Economic Zone (Cat Hai, Hai Phong), the VinFast automobile manufacturing complex “stands tall and proud” in front of the sea. This is a project that Vinadic participates in as a contractor and is in the process of completion.

Starting in September 2017, VinFast’s shape has gradually become clearer. From a coastal area of Cat Hai that was just a shrimp pond and salt fields – a place associated with the livelihood of many poor island district residents, Cat Hai today is adorned with a large construction site of VinFast – an automobile manufacturing complex. with the goal of making Vietnamese-branded cars in just 24 months.
Vinadic’s engineers and workers are always highly focused on the project
Proud to be one of the contractors participating in this large project from the early days, Vinadic is participating in the following categories: infrastructure construction, road construction, water supply and drainage system construction, and embankment construction. breakwaters, … with a total package of more than 300 billion VND, and continue to deploy the remaining items of the project.
As an ambitious project: building and developing a Vietnamese-branded automobile manufacturing complex, every stage of the project is closely supervised by a team of technicians who are leading experts domestically and internationally. Therefore, from the beginning, Vinadic’s Board of Directors was very careful in selecting a team of highly qualified engineers and workers who met the strict requirements of the Investor of the project. Currently, the Company has about 250 people working here.
To ensure both progress and quality in each participating item, the Company’s Board of Directors regularly goes directly to the construction site to monitor and check the progress and quality of the project. Every week, direct representatives of the Company’s Board of Directors drive from Hanoi to Cat Hai, and Hai Phong to both check the progress and quality of construction items here and to encourage everyone’s spirit when working away from home.
“Regardless of rainy or sunny days, everyone in the team is present at the construction site to keep up with progress. It is expected that the items that the Company will carry out will be completed in September this year. With less than 2 months left, we divided the work into 3 shifts, everyone put all their effort into completing it early while still ensuring the proposed quality according to the fast-track model (meaning construction is carried out concurrently with the design). )” – Engineer Nguyen Van Doan, Commander at Vinfast said.
It is known that the VinFast production complex will have 5 main workshops: pressing workshop, body workshop, paint workshop, engine manufacturing workshop, and assembly workshop, along with a main administration building with an area of 50 hectares. Turning the coastal area of Cat Hai and Hai Phong in the near future will become one of the busiest island districts not only in Hai Phong but in the whole country.
