Vinadic – Memorable trip on the beautiful island of Cat Ba 2019

More than 200 Vinadic employees just had a memorable trip with exciting and joyful activities for 3 days at Cat Ba Island – Hai Phong City. Never before have Vinadic people been so close together with crisp laughter on the beautiful island of Cat Ba.

In the last days of July, when the weather was a little cooler, Vinadic’s Board of Directors, employees, and their families temporarily put aside their daily work to participate in the annual vacation activities organized by the Company.

This year, Cat Ba Island was chosen as Vinadic’s 3-day vacation destination. Many members of the Vinadic family said that they were extremely excited about this vacation because this was the first time coming to Cat Ba Island, visiting and having fun on one of the most beautiful islands. of the North. Among the nearly 200 people, there are many new people to the Company and this is the first time participating in a trip with such a large number of members.

During 3 days and 2 nights in Cat Ba, members of Vinadic’s extended family participated in team-building activities on the beach with many games that bonded team spirit. From this activity, many members who only met each other on the “phone”, even just hearing each other’s names, have now become close friends, connecting everyone more.

On the first day, members participated in the Gala Diner night titled: “NIGHT OF CONVENTION – CONNECTING PASSION”. Not only stopping at enjoying the most typical dishes of Cat Ba beach, everyone was excited to participate in diverse activities on the gala night such as a lucky draw, quizzes, and dancers for children. On the second day, the most anticipated beach team-building activity of the trip took place on the most beautiful beach of Cat Ba. This is also the time when everyone is closer to each other than the first day when they were confused.

Although the number of members is more than 200 people, team-building activities with teams have erased all gaps. From offices to construction sites, and factories, from employees to Company leaders, from colleagues to relatives, families, etc., all have come under one roof called VINADIC.
