As soon as they set foot on the burning sand of Cua Lo beach, everyone seemed excited. Perhaps due to the nature of the job, which requires exposure to the sun and wind, people quickly “integrated” into the atmosphere here. Thanks to that, Teambuilding activities took place extremely excitingly with many bonding games promoting team spirit and everyone really gave their all. Blue sky, white clouds, golden sunshine, blue sea, and camaraderie and camaraderie – all seem to blend together to create a VINADIC family that is always close-knit and united. The long, flat stretch of sand, the casuarina trees whispering in the wind, the sound of waves crashing on the shore, especially the magnificent beauty of the early morning, when dawn rises and the sun shines, along with the hospitality of the people. Central Sea, … seems to have made all members of VINADIC forget all fatigue and stress. And when night falls, they have another opportunity to “burn up” at the Gala Dinner – a party of exchange, sharing, and an opportunity for the Board of Directors to say thank you to all of their associates. At that moment, everything seemed to sink into silence and emotions surged. Who said construction is dry? Because behind drawings, concrete and steel blocks or a strong face is an extremely warm and loving heart.
Although the summer experience was not long, it was enough for all employees and the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company to understand each other better, sympathize with each other more, and be ready to return to work with a new spirit.
