1. AZ Thang Long housing and service complex
- Scale: 04 buildings, each building has 37 floors.
- Floor area: 185,000 m2.
- Role: General contractor to advance construction capital, including design, production, transportation, installation, and completion of 100% beam, floor, and column components for 04 buildings.
2. Southwest Linh Dam apartment complex
- Scale: 04 buildings, each building has 16 floors.
- Floor area: 55,000 m2.
- Role: General contractor to advance construction capital to complete 100% of assembled prestressed floor beam components for 04 buildings.
- This is the second largest project among social housing projects in Hanoi City at the time of investment (2013).
3. Vietinbank Tower
- Scale: 68 floors.
- Floor area: 3000,000 m2.
- Role: Construction and assembly of the entire building shell using special components, GRC glass fiber reinforced concrete panels.
- This is one of the tallest buildings in Hanoi, the first project in Vietnam to apply GRC glass fiber reinforced concrete panel assembly technology.
4. Samsung Bac Ninh Industrial Park, Samsung Thai Nguyen
- Scale: 04 floors.
- Floor area: 25,000 m2.
- Role: Construction and erection of the entire system of frames, columns, beams, and prefabricated floors for the main factory.
5. A Chau manufacturing equipment for smart power grids Factory (Hoa Lac Factory No. 02)
- Area: 24,000 m2.
- Role: Complete construction of the factory with 100% assembled concrete components, including columns, beams, and floors.
6. Masteri Villas Nam An Khanh
- Scale: 177 duplexes, each 04 floors.
- Floor area: 81,000 m2.
- Role: Complete construction using assembled prestressed floor beam structure technology.
